Men scowl and children howl when confronted by this cowl-neck foul.
This turtleneck-turned-up-a-notch doubles as a place to hide when you're embarrassed (possibly about owning a sweater designed like a pea coat or one with oars on it). Just pull the collar up over your head - careful not to knock off your newsboy cap! - draw the drawstrings tight, and recede your arms.
